No, we currently do not accept walk-ins. Please call or text to schedule your dog's visit. We require a scheduled drop off and pick up time as well as a 10min notice before you arrive. 

Our drop-off and pickup hours are set to help keep the day running smoothly for our pups. If your plans change, please call or text as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Late pick-ups will be subject to our late fee.

We accept cash or card.

Yes. A $5 late fee is charged for every 30 minutes past your scheduled pickup time. 

Yes, all dogs are required to provide vaccination history prior to daycare or boarding. Required vaccinations include rabies, bordetella, and distemper.

For the safety of all our pups and staff, we're unable to accept dogs with aggressive behavior at this time. All new dogs are required to complete a trial day so we can make sure daycare or boarding is a safe fit for everyone.

Our facility is closed for drop-offs and pickups during holidays. All boarding drop-offs must be completed before the holiday, and pickups can resume the day after the holiday.

Yes! We welcome dogs that are not spayed or neutered, as long as they do well during the trial day. We do not take dogs during heat cycles for the safety of your dog and the others dogs. 

Yes! Puppies that are 5-months or older are welcome as long as they are up to date on their vaccinations. We love welcoming new pups to the pack!

Absolutely! Senior dogs may be welcome depending on their individual needs and circumstances. For their safety, dogs must have full mobility and be able to walk independently.

We provide beds and food/water bowls for all of our dog guests. You're welcome to bring any personal items that may help your pup feel comfortable during their stay.
